(a) vouchers must be used prior to the voucher expiry date specified on the voucher, or during the following periods:
(i) for term 1 vouchers, before 31 December of each calendar year; and

(b) the term 1 and the term 3 vouchers may be combined and used together in a single transaction, provided each voucher is used according to the dates above.

EFT

If you would like to pay the fees in one payment, EFT is the best way to do this. The account details are:

BSB:  633 000

Account number:  190 121 442

Reference:  Player's name (First Last) and team (eg. U12 Div 1, NPLG 17, Women's Div 3)

Please let Jane know the date you intend to make the payment and the above information on the player.

PAYMENT PLANS

If you require a payment plan, please click here to download the form. Once filled in, please email this to Jane ASAP to have your plan registered. Payment plans take at least three to four days to be processed by Ezidebit so please don't put the date to start your payments the same date as you send in your form. You will still need to register on Play Football once your payment plan has been approved.

When emailing the form through, please advise the player's name and team.

REGISTRATION FEES

BellaMonaro WFC is a ‘not-for-profit’ volunteer run club, by your fellow parent volunteers.

The committee are working to keep fees as low as possible. This year, there are increases to the Capital Football, Football Australia and referee fees for the State League Women’s program. Our committee continues to look for fundraising and sponsorship opportunities to support the programs we offer. Some of the costs included in your registration fees are:

  • Game shirt (to be returned to the club at the end of the 2025 season)

  • Experienced coaches (including female and licenced coaches)

  • 2 x training sessions per week

  • Pre-season training and summer skills sessions

  • Grounds hire

  • Referee payments

  • Playing and training equipment (balls, nets, cones, poles, bibs, etc)

  • Shorts and socks

NO PAY, NO PLAY

All players must be registered and “financial” by paying in full or by having a club approved payment plan in place by the start of the season.

MID-SEASON REGISTRATION

Players registering after the season has begun and until 11:59pm 30 June 2025 may be offered a discounted registration fee, not including the:

  • cost of Capital Football and Football Australia fees; and the

  • cost of uniform

The remainder of the registration fee may be reduced by the number of weeks remaining in the season.

MID-SEASON EXIT FROM CLUB
  • No refunds awarded.

  • Players ceasing to play for the Club during the season will forfeit all playing fees paid.

UNIFORM

We appreciate the support of players proudly wearing the full BellaMonaro uniform on game days.

Your 2025 registration fees include hire of a club game shirt (to be returned at the end of the season), shorts and socks. These items, along with shin pads and football boots, must be worn to every game day.

TRAINING

We encourage players to wear training shirts and appropriate sports attire (including shin pads and football boots) to training sessions.

CODE OF CONDUCT

The BellaMonaro Code of Conduct applies to all players, parents and spectators. All players, parents and spectators are required to read, understand and abide by this code of conduct. Failure to abide by the code of conduct may result in disciplinary procedures by BellaMonaro, Capitall Football or Football Australia.

SPONSORSHIPS

BellaMonaro are grateful for the businesses that sponsor the Club, to help us provide the best coaches, facilities and equipment. Various sponsorship packages are available, including team sponsorship, starting at $1,000 + GST to provide bags for all players in a team.

For more information on sponsorship packages please contact the Secretary.

TRIALS AND GRADING

BellaMonaro will run trials and grading sessions for girls and women as part of our ambition to continuously improve and develop our football players. All junior girls are encouraged to participate in trials for grading purposes. BellaMonaro are committed to conduct grading in an environment that is supportive of player development and welfare. Grading exercises will include skill drills and short games. Prospective trial dates TBC. We will advise of any possible changes to these dates.

Grading and Grades

Where player numbers allow, BellaMonaro aims to fill an elite team in Division 1, along with development teams in Divisions 2 and 3. BellaMonaro believes in the development of all players and will look to promote players from development teams on a needs basis. As we continue to pursue a place in the premier league, we need to ensure our elite teams are fielded with players who are in form. From time to time, BellaMonaro may also relegate a player from the elite team into a development team.
